Erika Hemly is an experienced operations professional with two decades of demonstrated raw material logistics, including customer service, dispatch, freight planning, and transportation management. As Scale House Manager at our Thompson, Ohio facility since 2011, Erika provides top-level service to R.W. Sidley’s sand and gravel customers. She processes customer orders, keeps customers informed about pricing and delivery, and answers any questions they may have. Erika also coordinates customer pickups and deliveries, keeping a steady flow of vehicles entering and exiting our yard efficiently each day.

Erika enjoys the fast-paced environment at R.W. Sidley and helping customers obtain the high-quality products they need for their construction projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Kent State University. Erika enjoys spending time outdoors when the weather is nice and cooking.
